How to make a booking:

  • Click on the relevant type of room from the list above. You will then see a display of the room availabilities for today. 
  • Use the Calendar to select what day you want to make the booking on. The display will automatically refresh with the relevant information. Available slots will display as green. Unavailable slots will display as blue.
  • Click on an available slot to make a booking.
  • Click Continue. You will then be prompted to enter your Full Name and Email. You must use your UWA, CSIRO, WAMSI or AIMS email address to make bookings. 
  • Click Submit my Booking to complete the process. You will be sent a confirmation email. 

How to cancel a room booking:

  • Open the confirmation email forwarded to your qualifying email account. 
  • Click on the link to cancel your booking.
  • You will be asked to confirm that you want to cancel your booking. Click Yes to cancel your booking. 

Terms and conditions

  • To book a meeting room you will need to use your email address as an IOMRC partner (UWA, CSIRO, AIMS Department of Fisheries)     
  • If your booking is for longer than 2 hours please consult the Administrator
  • Will only be held for 30 minutes after the start of the booking time
  • Can be made on the hour or half hour
  • It is recommended to make arrangements to view the room prior to your booking to ensure the room is suitable for your needs
  • Breakout space is not guaranteed for exclusive use for all day events, as these areas are shared space for all staff.  These areas can be booked in blocks morning and afternoon but not during the staff lunch break period.
  • The Board Room is used regularly, please ensure you include set up and pack away times into your booked time, as there may be a meeting directly after yours.
  • Please ensure the room is left in a clean and tidy condition i.e. chairs to be pushed back, paperwork and refreshment items to be removed.
  • Users are responsible for making their own arrangements for the event e.g. set up, catering supplies and equipment, photocopying and directions to the venue for attendees.
  • Users are asked to be mindful of those working in the vicinity and keep noise to a minimum when making their way in and out of the room.
  • May be subject to verification by an IOMRC Administrator  
  • The IOMRC Administrator has the right to cancel bookings where a valid name and/or email address is not provided.
  • The IOMRC Building has a Five-Star Green Rating. Please remember to turn off air-conditioning, all equipment and lights when you have finished using the room.
